Advokatfirman Titov & Partners

Group AB has acquired 51 percent of the shares in AB Malte Gustavsson Frukt & Bär from the sellers SBK Voksro AB and Yousef Kachama AB.

Malte Gustavsson Frukt & Bär's operations consist of import and distribution of fruit, berries and vegetables in Västa Götaland (among other places).

SBK Group also owns all shares in SBK Sweden AB, a leading importer and wholesaler of fruit and vegetables.

SBK Group's acquisition of Malte Gustavsson Frukt & Bär is an important step forward in their ambition to become nationwide, as the western part of Sweden is an important area. Through the acquisition, the management of SBK Group estimates that the Group's total sales will exceed SEK 1 billion in 2021.
