The law firm Titov & Partners has assisted Furuhälsan Holding AB in the acquisition of all shares in Roslags Näsby husläkarmottagning AB and Täbyhälsan AB.

The seller of the shares was Norrorts Företagshälsovård AB.

The general practice of Roslags Näsby husläkarmottagning AB is privately run and has a care agreement with Stockholm region. The sister company Täbyhälsan AB delivers quality-assured occupational healthcare services to business customers and their employees in northern Stockholm.

Titov & Partners' team has mainly consisted of Ferid Demirel, Malin Ullsäter and Philip Tåhlin.
