Legehuset Sweden Ltd, registration number 559250-0929, was declared bankrupt on August 24, 2023, and attorney Anthony Krystek was appointed as the bankruptcy administrator. The company has been performing vaccinations, health checks, and issuing medical certificates at five clinics in both Stockholm and Gothenburg. The clinics are located in Kista, Tyresö, and Globen in Stockholm, and Nordstan and Partille in Gothenburg. Additionally, the company has five vaccination buses and a storage facility in Stockholm.

At the time of the bankruptcy, the company's operations were ongoing, and the company had approximately 20 employees. The operations are now being continued by the bankruptcy estate, and all clinics are currently open.

The bankruptcy estate hereby requests bids for the business and its assets.

The business and its assets

The assets offered for sale by the bankruptcy estate are listed below. You will find more information about the bid documents here.

  • Furniture, inventory, etc.
  • Intellectual property assets in the form of the trademark Legehuset and the domain legehuset.se
  • The right to assume the company's existing agreements, such as leasing and rental agreements (subject to the counterparty's approval).

The bankruptcy estate transfers all property in its current condition. It is the buyer's responsibility to conduct necessary inspections of the property to determine factors such as its extent and to identify any potential faults and deficiencies. The bankruptcy estate does not provide any guarantees regarding the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in this bid document or otherwise.

The bankruptcy estate does not provide any guarantees regarding a buyer's ability to use or exercise intellectual property rights. The use of transferred intellectual property rights is at the buyer's risk.

Assuming property covered by agreements such as rent, leasing, or installment payments requires the approval of the respective counterparty.

Conducting the bidding

Bids will first be accepted for the entire business and secondly for parts of the business and its assets.

Written bids, excluding value-added tax, regarding the business or parts of the business/assets, should be sent to the bankruptcy administrator at anthony.krystek@titovlaw.se no later than 12:00 PM on September 7, 2023.

The highest bid will be communicated to other bidders, who will be given the opportunity to raise their bids within a shorter period determined by the bankruptcy estate. However, the bankruptcy estate will not disclose who submitted bids.

The right to freely evaluate received bids is reserved, as is the right to sell all or part of the business while the bidding process is ongoing, as well as the right to extend the bidding period.
