Titov & Partners has advised the shareholders of ILS Nordic AB in connection with the sale of shares in ILS Nordic AB and its subsidiary Autolubes Nordic AB. The buyer of the shares was Telko Ltd, part of Aspo Group.

ILS Nordic is a strategic lubricants distribution partner of BP Castrol in Sweden and Norway.

Titov & Partners' team consisted of Dimitrij Titov, Ferid Demirel, Victor Berg and Malin Ullsäter.
