Earlier this year, Titov & Partners assisted UC Affärsfakta AB, a subsidiary of Asiakastieto Group Plc, in connection with its conclusion of a business transfer agreement, according to which UC Affärsfakta AB transferred its tele sales business to Affärsfakta i Sverige AB. The closing of the transaction has now taken place.

Asiakastieto Group Plc is one of the leading providers of business and credit information in the Nordic countries.
