Titov & Partners has, through the partner Ferid Demirel, advised Kokosport AB in connection with purchase of shares in Metropolis Health Club AB.

Metropolis Health Club AB conducts wellness and exercise activities at Birger Jarlsgatan 36 in Stockholm.The seller of the shares was, among others, SATS Holding AB.
