The law firm Titov & Partners has advised UC Affärsfakta AB, a subsidiary of Asiakastieto Group Plc, in connection with its conclusion of a business transfer agreement according to which UC Affärsfakta AB will transfer its tele sales business to Affärsfakta i Sverige AB. The parties intends to close the transaction by the end of the third quarter of 2019.

Asiakastieto Group Plc is one of the leading providers of business and credit information in the Nordic countries. Asiakastieto Group Plc conducts business in Sweden, among others, through its subsidiary UC AB.

Titov & Partners' team has consisted of the partners Dimitrij Titov and Ferid Demirel and the lawyer Roger Hellström.
