Latvian Forest Company AB and SCA Mezs Latvija SIA completes transaction

As previously reported, Titov & Partners assists Latvian Forest Company AB regarding the sale of the shares in the company´s operating subsidiaries to SCA Mezs Latvija SIA.

We can now announce that the transaction is completed and that SCA Mezs Latvija SIA has paid the purchase price and taken over the shares.
