William Hill completes the recommended cash offer to the shareholders of Mr Green & co.

William Hill has today announced that the company completes the recommended cash offer to the shareholders of Mr Green & Co. Titov & Partners' assignment is hereby fulfilled, and we want to congratulate the shareholders to the completed transaction.

On October 31, 2018, William Hill submitted a recommended public cash offer to Mr Green & Co.'s shareholders. The total value of the offer amounts to approximately SEK 2,819 million.

Titov & Partners has – as previously communicated - assisted a group of shareholders, representing in aggregate 40.04 per cent of the shares and votes in Mr Green & Co.
