Titov & Partners, through Stefan Gustavsson, has participated in this year’s Procurement Conference. Stefan Gustavsson was moderator at a seminar which regarded purchasing cooperation and framework agreements.

The seminar raised current issues in topics such as distribution keys in framework agreements, framework agreements within framework agreements and dynamic purchasing systems.

Stefan Gustavsson has also written an article about procurement cooperation through internal procurement recently published by the Swedish journal Upphandlingsrättslig Tidskrift.
