A number of property owners brought an action against a property development company that built and sold a semi-detached house. The property owners claimed compensation of price reductions and damages based on accusations of errors in building the properties. The claims consisted of deficiencies in the painting process or written commitment to remedy black mold problems on the facades.

Eskilstuna District Court dismissed the claims (judgment of 14 June 2018 in Case No. T 2311-17) and charged the plaintiffs jointly with liability for the costs incurred by the property development company. The verdict has entered into legal force. Legal representation for the property development company was Stefan Gustavsson, Titov & Partners.
