Titov & Partners has assisted Forsheda Gruppen AB in connection with the company's acquisition and geting a majority position in TJK Solutions AB and indirectly the operating company Polarfönster Aktiebolag.

Through the acquisition, the Forsheda Group will have a nationwide representation in ten locations. Forsheda Gruppen's vision is to continue to grow in the role of Sweden's One-Stop-Shop for prefabricated products, intended for professional builders.

The Titov & Partners team has consisted of Dimitrij Titov, Ferid Demirel, Victor Berg & Malin Ullsäter.
