Titov & Partners has advised the shareholders of Heving & Hägglund in connection with a transfer where Heving & Hägglund becomes part of a new ROT-group, Circura AB. Through the formation of Circura AB, Heving & Hägglund is now taking the next step together with other leading entrepreneurial companies and Adelis. The companies in the Group will continue to operate under their own brands as independent companies.

Heving & Hägglund was founded in 1998 and is today a leading ROT-company in Stockholm with technology and building master skills. The company focuses mainly on community building such as hospitals and schools.

Titov & Partners' team consisted of Dimitrij Titov, Ferid Demirel, Ulf Jansson, Malin Ullsäter and Elin Kers.
