The properties have a prearranged underlying property value of SEK 58.0 Mkr and a rentable area of approximately 13,500 sq.m., of which approximately 13,200 sq.m. is currently leased, mainly related to manufacturing, production, and warehousing. One property consists of an undeveloped ground plot of approximately 16,500 sqm.
