Titov & Partners has advised Real Fastigheter AB (publ) with guidance in connection with the acquisition of all shares in Hudiksvall Köpmanberget 5:9 AB and Hudiksvall Mo 3:31 AB (and indirectly the properties Hudiksvall Köpmanberget 5:8, Hudiksvall Köpmanberget 5:9 and Hudiksvall Mo 3:31).

The properties have an agreed underlying property value of SEK 58 million and a lettable area of approximately 13 500 sqm, of which approximately 13 200 sqm is currently leased, mainly with regard to manufacturing, production and warehousing. One property consists of an undeveloped plot of approximately 16 500 sqm.
