Purply AB, company registration number 559136-2313, has been declared bankrupt on December 9, 2025. Attorney Anthony Krystek at Advokatbyrån Titov & Partners KB has been appointed bankruptcy administrator.
Purply AB has primarily developed a platform through which imported receipt data from clothing stores in Sweden has been processed, analyzed and then presented through reports that have been sold to end customers. Please see more about the operations on the bankrupt company's website: www.purply.io
Bankruptcy bid
The bankruptcy estate intends to transfer Purply AB's software and domains. The software is described in appendix 1. A presentation of the services currently provided through the system, as well as further information about the system's structure, is presented in the bankrupt company's presentation material, see appendix 2.
The two domains available for acquisition are as follows:

www.purply.tech.

The bidding process
The written bid must be received by the bankruptcy estate no later than February 2, 2026 via email to therese.onnberg@titovlaw.se.
The bid must be stated as a total price including VAT and be signed by an authorized signatory.
The highest bid will be communicated to other bidders who will be given the opportunity to increase their bid within a shorter period of time determined by the bankruptcy estate. However, the bankruptcy estate will not disclose who has submitted bids.
The bankruptcy estate reserves the right to cancel the bidding process and the right to freely review bids received.
Terms
The bankruptcy estate transfers all property in its existing condition. It is the responsibility of a buyer to carry out the necessary inspection of the property in order to clarify, for example, the extent of the property and to detect any errors and deficiencies. The bankruptcy estate does not provide any guarantees regarding the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in these tender documents or otherwise.
The bankruptcy estate does not provide any guarantees regarding the possibilities for a buyer to use or dispose of intellectual property rights. Use of transferred intellectual property rights is at the buyer's risk.
