Titov & Partners has advised the sellers on the sale of all shares in LS Svensk Larmteknik AB to ENACO Sverige AB.

LS Svensk Larmteknik AB is a security company specialising in the sale, installation and consultancy services relating to alarm and security products. The company, which was founded in 1999 in Stockholm, offers, amongst other things, burglar alarms, fire alarms, CCTV and access control systems to corporate clients in the Stockholm region. ENACO Sweden is a leading player in critical infrastructure, focusing on areas such as data centres, electrical power, backup power and security solutions for operations where high operational reliability is crucial.

The Titov & Partners team consisted mainly of Ferid Demirel and Carl-Anders Sjöberg.
