The law firm Titov & Partners has advised Liljeroth Fastighets AB on the sale of all shares in Fastighetsbolaget Gåshuset AB and, indirectly, the property Sundbyberg Gåsen 7.

The purchaser of the shares is the Gåsen 7 Tenants' Association, which was represented by Interesta. The Titov & Partners team consisted of Ferid Demirel and Ulf Jansson.
