Titov & Partners advisor in the sale of all shares in Priceindx AB

Titov & Partners has assisted the sellers in the sale of all shares in Priceindx to the Danish SaaS company PriceShape, with the British private equity fund Copilot Capital as a partner. Copilot has thus begun its strategy to strengthen its position in Europe within the Priceindx business area through acquisitions. Priceindx is a Swedish company that has been providing retailers and brands with advanced price monitoring and dynamic pricing solutions since 2006. The company offers a comprehensive global SaaS platform for price analysis and competitive intelligence.
