Provento Group AB, corporate registration number 556992-9903, was declared bankrupt on June 19, 2025, and attorney Anthony Krystek was appointed as bankruptcy administrator. At the time of the bankruptcy decision, the company primarily operated in the field of moving assistance for private individuals in the Stockholm area.
The bankruptcy estate aims to transfer the Company's software. The software is described in appendix 1. Tenders are invited for the Company's software.

Tender process
Written tenders for the software must be submitted to the bankruptcy estate at the address anthony.krystek@titovlaw.seno later than September 15, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
The tender must be stated as a price and include additional value-added tax.
The bankruptcy estate reserves the right to cancel the tender process and the right to free review as well as the right to sell property during the time the tender process is ongoing.
Terms
The bankruptcy estate transfers all property in its current condition. It is the buyer's responsibility to carry out the necessary inspection of the property in order to clarify, for example, the extent of the property and to possibly detect errors and deficiencies. The bankruptcy estate does not provide any guarantees regarding the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in these tender documents or otherwise.
