The law firm Titov & Partners advisor to Ateliere Creative Technologies in connection with a recommended cash offer to the shareholders in CodeMill AB (publ)

Advokatfirman Titov & Partners has together with KANTER Advokatbyrå advised Ateliere Creative Technologies in connection with its recommended cash offer of SEK 23.00 per share to the shareholders of CodeMill. The offer values CodeMill at approximately SEK 313.3 million, with an offer price representing a premium of approximately 53.3 percent compared to the closing price of the CodeMill share the last trading day prior to announcement of the offer. The shares in CodeMill are listed for trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

Ateliere Creative Technologies is a US company specializing in cloud-based media solutions, offering innovative platforms for content management, distribution, and monetization of media. Their solutions are used by major players in the entertainment and media industry to streamline workflows and optimize content delivery across platforms.

CodeMill is a Swedish technology company specializing in software solutions and technical support in the video and media sector. CodeMill’s products includes Accurate Player SDK, Accurate.Video and Cantemo.
