Titov & Partners has assisted Nils Ekelund AB in the sale of all shares in Skärmarbrink Fastigheter AB, including the associated property Stockholm Skärmarbrink 4. The buyer of the shares is Bostadsrättsföreningen Skärmarbrink 4, represented by ALFE.
