Titov & Partners has assisted the sellers in the sale of a majority of the shares in Cookin Food Sweden AB. Cookin Food Sweden AB produces high-quality ready-made meals that are sold to customers in the airline and retail sectors.

The buyer of the shares is PEQ Invest.
