Titov & Partners advisor to Ateliere Creative Technologies in the acquisition of the Agile Live business unit from Edgeware AB

Titov & Partners has assisted Ateliere Creative Technologies, Inc. in the acquisition of the Agile Live business unit from Edgeware AB. Ateliere Creative Technologies will, in addition to its activities in the development of cloud services, develop technology to improve film and video streaming.

Our team consisted of Dimitrij Titov, Björn Djupmark, Sofia Markusson, Filip Tedebo-Odell and Ellen Orehall.
