Titov & Partners advisor in the divestment of the shares in Expand Media Group International AB to Sorb Industri AB

Titov & Partners has assisted the sellers in the divestment of all shares in Expand Media Group International AB. Expand Media Group International AB designs and produces portable media displays and print solutions that are sold to customers all over the world.

The buyer of the shares is Sorb Industri AB, a subsidiary of Lifco AB (publ), which is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Titov & Partners' team consisted of Dimitrij Titov, Ulf Jansson, Sofia Markusson and Ellen Orehall.
