New partners to Titov & Partners – Alexandra Jaktelius Ferm and Anthony Krystek

We welcome Alexandra Jaktelius Ferm and Anthony Krystek as partners at Titov & Partners from 1 January 2024.

”We both joined Titov & Partners half a year ago. The familial atmosphere as well as the competence and commitment of all employees at the firm have made a strong impression on us. We look forward to being a part of Titov & Partners’ continued journey and to help current and new clients with questions regarding liquidations, bankruptcies, corporate restructurings and recovery claims and other questions relating to insolvency. The insolvency group has already recruited coworkers and we are looking forward to expanding the group further.”, says Alexandra and Anthony.

Alexandra and Anthony specialize in insolvency law and accept appointments as liquidators and bankruptcy trustees in addition to providing assistance with insolvency related matters. Anthony also acts as company reconstructionist/administrator and assignments in the field of dispute resolution.

Together with Ulf Blommé they will lead Titov & Partners’ insolvency group and strengthen the firm’s expertise with their many years of experience in the field.
