Titov & Partners has assisted the owners of Stockholm Städgross AB in connection with the merger of Stockholm Städgross AB and SMB Städ Materiel Bolaget AB. Together with Hasko Invest, as investors and strategic partners, they have joined forces with the ambition to establish one of the country's leading cleaning wholesalers.
