Three new colleagues and experienced lawyers form our new insolvency department

We are happy to announce the establishment of our new insolvency department. First and foremost, we will be providing expertise in the field of insolvency through assistance and advice related to liquidations, corporate restructurings, and bankruptcies. It is with great honor we welcome these three experienced yet excited lawyers who will lead our new department and ensure that our clients needs are met professionally and is made a top priority.

Anthony Krystek, Alexandra Jaktelius Ferm and Ulf Blommé have all three had a long and eventful journey at Wesslau Söderqvist Law Firm where they have worked for many years in providing advice and assistance in the field of insolvency law, as well as serving as liquidators, corporate restructurists, and bankruptcy administrators. Together, they have handled over a thousand bankruptcies and a significant number of liquidations and corporate restructurings.

Anthony, Alexandra, and Ulf will together constitute our team of dedicated experts in insolvency and related areas. Their extensive experience and knowledge make them well-suited to handle a range of insolvency-related issues and provide our clients with exceptional advice and service.
