AGERA ADVISER HR SVERIGE AB, org.nr 556678-5126, has been declared bankrupt on 15 December 2025. Lawyer Alexandra Jaktelius Ferm at Advokatfirman Titov & Partners KB has been appointed as bankruptcy administrator.

AGERA ADVISER HR SVERIGE AB has conducted consulting activities in HR matters and has offered qualified advice to companies and management on complex HR matters. The operations have been conducted partly from premises in Stockholm, partly remotely with corporate customers. The company has, among other things, offered services in the form of an HR time bank where customers have purchased consulting hours in package form. The customers have been corporate customers in Sweden of varying sizes. Some of the customers are listed on the bankrupt company's website: www.agerahr.se.

Bankruptcy bid

The bankruptcy estate hereby invites bids for the business and its assets.

AGERA ADVISER HR SVERIGE AB owns several attractive domains which are shown in appendix 1 to this tender documentation. AGERA ADVISER HR SVERIGE AB has mainly developed its primary domain www.agerahr.se with a range of different functionalities and content such as articles and more.

In addition, AGERA ADVISER HR SVERIGE AB owns office equipment which is shown in appendix 2 to this tender documentation.

Furthermore, AGERA ADVISER HR SVERIGE AB has developed a questionnaire for potential consultants that simplifies and optimizes the recruitment and matching of new HR consultants. This form has been integrated in an innovative way into the Cruitive system. The form is transferred and it is considered possible for a new player to integrate the form into their own Cruitive system or equivalent system.

AGERA ADVISER HR SVERIGE AB has also prepared quotation templates, product sheets and digital consulting material which are stored in the SharePoint environment. It is possible to take over the SharePoint environment, it is also possible to only export data if desired.

Furthermore, AGERA ADVISER HR SVERIGE AB owns the trademark "AGERA HR" which is registered at the EU level. AGERA ADVISER HR SVERIGE AB also owns the logo below which is also registered at the EU level:

In addition, certain smaller technical assets in the form of computers and telephones may be available for acquisition, please contact the contact person listed below to inquire about access to this if you are interested.

By acquiring the above assets, it is possible for a new player to immediately start a new HR consulting business with an established brand and developed website that would otherwise have taken significant time and resources to develop on their own.

The bidding process

The written bid must be received by the bankruptcy estate no later than January 18, 2026 via email to therese.onnberg@titovlaw.se.

The bid must be stated as a total price including VAT and be signed by an authorized signatory.

Bids can be submitted for the business in its entirety or for parts of the assets listed above.

The highest bid will be communicated to other bidders who will be given the opportunity to increase their bid within a shorter period of time determined by the bankruptcy estate. However, the bankruptcy estate will not disclose who has submitted a bid.

The bankruptcy estate reserves the right to cancel the tender procedure and the right to freely review the bids received.

Terms

The bankruptcy estate transfers all property in its existing condition. It is the responsibility of a buyer to carry out the necessary inspection of the property in order to clarify, for example, the extent of the property and to detect any errors and deficiencies. The bankruptcy estate does not provide any guarantees regarding the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in these tender documents or otherwise.

The bankruptcy estate does not provide any guarantees regarding the possibilities for a buyer to use or dispose of intellectual property rights. Use of transferred intellectual property rights is at the buyer's risk.
