Infästningar Direkt Sverige AB specializes in roof fastenings and roof safety, offering products, technical support, and delivery solutions for roofing companies in Sweden. The purchaser of the shares is MJ Holding Scandinavia AB. The Titov & Partners team consisted of Ferid Demirel and Ellen Orehall.
